Yes. All PTZOptics ZCam camera models can be controlled over the network or using RS485. Only the 12X and 20X ZCam models support remote zoom capabilities.

As of late, the PTEPTZ has the widest FoV coming in at 104°. The PTZOptics VL ZCam features a wide 72° field of view using the included C/CS lens. This product can take any C/CS style lens which means they can increase the size if need be.  While it does support zoom, zoom and focus are fully manual. Users generally set this camera lens to the view they need and leave it there.

Yes. You can purchase any C/CS lens type camera lens and attach it to your ZCam-VL.
Yes. The PTZOptics VL-ZCam ships with a wide 120 degree field of view lens.

The ZCAMs have an issue with utilizing PoE and the SDI connection simultaneously. They must be powered with a PoE splitter when utilizing PoE and SDI at the same time.
If using PoE & RTSP, RTMP/RTMPS, or NDI, the issue is not present.

Yes. You can output video up to 1080p at 60fps via SDI and 1080p at 30fps video via IP streaming at the same time.

There is a mount designed by Panavise that works very well for wall or ceiling mount a PTZOptics ZCams. The Panavise 845-246W is a product that we recommend for mounting PTZOptics ZCams.

Yes. PTZOptics ZCams have a special drop-down option inside of vMix to control the cameras zoom and set up camera presets. In order to use PTZ camera controls in vMix you must have a 4K or professional license. You will need to know the IP address of your camera to gain control.

Yes. You can control PTZOptics Zcams with Wirecast. You will need to know your camera’s IP address to control it with Wirecast.
